Customer Evaluations

The value (about $100 - 110) seemed high, but when it arrived, I could see why: this is really well produced and solidly built working with thick aluminum and thick rubber pads where required. The design and engineering reflect considerable thought and testing.
The stretcher works for the reason that you are pushing your feet away from your shoulders (the feet are held by anke grippers, and you push your feet away by pushing on lengthy handles). Completely manual, no electricity, and no inversion: just lie on the floor and push.
I've only employed it for a few minutes, but it does what I hoped it would: lets me stretch my lower back. There's a lot of aching throughout parts of the stretch, but I did them as "reps", ten-15 seconds of stretch, then 30-60 seconds of rest. Immediately after a couple of reps, the ache was minimal and I could feel my back stretching.
One particular of my concerns was that the stretch would be in the ankles and knees. Not so. All of the stretch was in the lower back. A fringe benefit will be some muscle creating in my arms and shoulders, by pushing on the handles.
The 5-star rating reflects the excellent design and construction of the device, and my preliminary use of it. In a handful of weeks, I'll update this, as soon as there's been some time to see no matter if there is any lasting benefit.

I have had a negative back for more than 25 years and been to chiropractors and even had motorized mechanical traction performed on me. All those points have worked to higher and lesser degrees depending on how poor my back was at the time but it was consistently inconvenient to make appointments and expensive for each check out. This time when my back got honestly bad, I purchased the Lynx. I am impressed with how nicely it is constructed, but even far more so with how well it operates. It supplies as considerably stretch to my spine as the specialist motorized traction machines I have been on in the past. After only a couple of utilizes, the pain in my lower back is significantly diminished and I can really feel that my spine is being appropriately aligned. I plan on working with this routinely to keep my back wholesome. I only wish I had gotten a single years ago!
