I suggest this item. I have a herniated disc at my L5/S1. I underwent intense physical therapy from April till mid July. I knew that if I could hang upside down that it would make me feel superior but I was hesitant to devote the $$ on one of these tables with out realizing how nicely they operate. I have noticed ads for decompression tables but that is also additional $$ and a great deal more medical doctors, therapist or chiropractors who want our $$. I was blessed to have the opportunity to try an additional Suny,[...], at a friends property for threes days combined with intense hiking and cliff jumping. When I came home I purchased this a single. Is it the cure? Absolutely not. It does yet serve as an wonderful compliment to my intense core coaching, cardio activity and active way of life. Combine all of these with good rest and a wholesome diet regime and you are on the perfect track. Hanging upside down also helps me with my pressure too. Inversion is particularly comparable to the decompression tables. Also, if you purchase one particular please use it consistently prior to reviewing it (1-two times plus per day for quite a few weeks).
