Shipping was quick even arrived before the stated date. The table was fairly uncomplicated to assemble. The excellent is great, and the frame quite heavy-duty. The foam foot-pieces are incredibly comfy and do not have any pressure points whilst inverted.The downside: the head of the table hits around at the base of my skull somewhat uncomfortable. In spite of the shortcomings,this equipment is nonetheless recommended, and a steal for $157.
